Workshop: Co-Creations On The Farm With The Vegetal Landscape

  • Bushel Collective 106 Main Street Delhi, NY, 13753 United States (map)

We begin the process with a calling question that is asked of the Lady Cannabis, but only after we first acknowledge her permission to even proceed. The calling question: “how do you feel?” is what we start with. We then we explore Lady Cannabis’ response’s through the below interpretive mediums.

We take a dynamic approach that cultivates an openness which allows an emerging and evolving field of imaginations to flow. The artist merely represents and documents impressions received through the below four mediums once the calling question is asked by the farmer to Lady Cannabis.

The Four Creative Mediums:

  1. Feeling-into felt impressions: this is the practice of Systemic Constellations developed by Dr. Bert Hellinger. As well as 3,2,1 Centering Technique developed by Jose’ Silva. We then apply these two strategies for efficient access of Plant impressions and responses.

  2. Dowsing: a forked tool or in this case, a rod that is usually used to locate water, metals, electrical lines, etc. In this case here, it is applied to register Plant impressions and responses. Resource: American Dowsing Society

  3. Crystallography: water will be exposed to Plant responses to the farmers’ calling question. Water has been also been found to respond to and imprint itself with, detailed crystalized patterns from its surrounding landscape and when frozen, forms specialized patterns from the surrounding landscape and in this case, it will be the Plants response. The detailed patterns are called Hydroglyph’s. Resource: Dr. Masaru Emoto and Dr. Veda Austin.

  4. Sonic Plant Impressions: a specialized synthesizer, Music of the Plants will be attached to the Plants leaf allowing them to produce sounds in reference to the calling question. Resource: Music of the Plants, Damanhur.
